Humbled by what there is to discover, yet inspired for greatness and love. When we explore the Invisibles that hold life together, we hop on a freight train of positivity and see that the best things in life, are not things. Every day, we can look for the excitement of what might happen in the field of all possibilities. It’s all about vibration, and we are here to ride the light ✨
Wisdom may come your way if you listen to the urge to explore. “Devils Tower” or “Bear Lodge” as it was known to the Native American cultures, is more than just a geological marvel. Early this autumn morning while perched on the face of the rock, I meditate. I seek to inquire about what the meaning and purpose of this magnificent formation is from earth. While tuning into the energies of its nature, the rock gifted me an overwhelming sensation of home, love, and grounded security. There is a notion of respect and a feeling palpable through my spine that speaks to the union of all beings. Upon opening my eyes I could see birds and antelope far off in the distance and intuitively knew that they felt the same energy from the rock on one level or another. My experience of union with the universe was powerful, and would surely carry on as a lesson from earth not to be forgotten. But why had Gaia created this rock? From the ancient magma that formed many millions of years ago, the clear message of unity that I received spoke to a reason of love and balance in life. It was there to heal inevitable malicious intent. Just like there cannot be a front without a back, there cannot be love without evil. This Tower of rock emanated uniting frequencies to combat ego driven forces that seek to disconnect consciousness from its source. I cannot help but to now become more curious about what else Mother Earth has grown as sources of this healing energy. In the end, I crawled down the steep boulder field at the base of the rock face, and walked away happy.
Parked in a field, amongst the scurry of Walmart and torrential thunderstorms, I find happiness. Today seems like a good day to stay mellow after yesterday’s adventures. A leaky roof, some good literature, and a wandering fly keep me company inside my caravan. The weather is dictating the mood; spooky, yet mystical. A coal train passes by, symbolic of my will to keep on. Although unlike the train who’s rails prescribe a path, my journey meanders through a field of unpredictability. Everything I have is pointed toward the land of the stranger. My soul searches to answer questions about our world, and what it means to be human. Throughout this journey, the peaks and valleys of my energy ride waves of intuitive feelings. With each oscillation an overarching moral of presence begins to uncover itself, while each answer I find seems to prompt more questions. What else is there to find along the way?
This sketch is apparently composed of many random blotches scattered throughout a circle. Yet, there is meaning in this drawing.
If you look attentively, you will see the neck and head of a giraffe. Suddenly, a flash of understanding will rush into your awareness. At this moment, the meaning of each blotch in this drawing is grasped.
Here, it is not the blotches themselves that generate this meaning. Rather, the meaning is derived from the whole becoming more than the sum of its parts. The meaning here lies within the picture, but it is not the picture itself. What we are seeing is not actually on the paper, even though it appears to be there.
The meaning is an additional dimension to the lines on the paper. This dimension is composed of relationships between parts, and the phenomenon that comes when an arrangement of elements suddenly coalesce to become one coordinated whole.
When we experience moments of meaning through coordinated organization, we are exercising our natural ability to perceive with our conscious awareness. At the moment we become aware of the giraffe, an understanding occurs to us that is just as natural as the beating of our hearts.
This burst of understanding can be equally experienced with anything and everything in nature. And in this way, we may learn from nature and gain wisdom directly from the earth itself.
Albert Einstein once said: “The pursuit of beauty and truth is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all our lives” If you observe a curious child, or remember what it was like to be young and full of wonder, then you may feel resonance with Einsteins words. An intense and beautiful curiosity glows inside the heart when we listen to what it has to say. An awakened heart becomes an organ of perception leading our sphere of activity down a path of wondrous discovery.
Let the adventures begin. This is my first home, rent and mortgage free. With everything I need to live she’s 13 feet of freedom, and will throw me into the field of pure potentiality to chase my dreams. As an exercise of detaching myself from materialism, and a project of sustainability, she definitely has some lessons to teach me. Some might ask if my home has a backyard, and now I can say, it’s everywhere! #offthegrid
